This is an extremely fine, detailed high quality kit and is designed for builders with a modicum of similar kit-building experience.

Precision laser-cut from a mixture of MDF and Laserboard. The kit includes all unpainted parts to make the full external building as shown, including brick detailed walls, chimney stack, door, windows, glazing, self-adhesive slates and 3D printed chimney pot. Internal wall cladding and fireplace are also included. You will need window guard rails, guttering, glue and paints to complete the model. The footprint of the building is approx 92mm x 78mm.

The model pictured has been presented in the semi-derelict condition of the prototype, prior to demolition. But, of course, you can make the model as an operational box.

ADDITIONALLY:

At no extra charge, included with the kit will be a precision laser-engraved NAME BOARD. Simply let me know the wording required!
